We are proud to introduce the launch of our logo as part of the ongoing evolution of our company. Our professional profile has grown and evolved over the last 8 years, and the logo is to reflect who we are today and to symbolize our dynamic future.
Basically, the new logo crystalizes the acronym of “AIR-PLAN” where
“A” stands for Accommodation which is our core business helping owners to manage their properties for short/long term accommodation;
“I” stands for Investment opportunities where we founded Airplan Property Sdn Bhd and gather investors who are interested to invest in short-stay accommodation properties ;
“R” stands for Re-design where we redesign the interior of owner’s room/home that able to refresh or transform the tenant's living experience.
Symbolically, the house of our logo combined with the normal and bold line where the normal line can be expressed as before and the bold line as after. This interprets that we provide hassel free planning and service to help owner manage their properties and improve it into a better and solid investments.

Our Story
AIRPLAN Management was born in 2017 with Founder, Eric’s unit. Back then, Eric just like any new property owner. He was overjoyed after collected key to his first new house, follow up then only to be dimmed by frustrations of juggling it all with no guidance.
From there, Eric seeks for advice from the co-founders, Dickson on the design & built for his unit. However, the rental market was not good all the time for his property location. And another co-founder, Jine introduced short term leasing to them as her own experience in Vietnam proved certain areas yield higher rental by doing short stay business.
The idea works incredibly well and receives well rental returns on his properties! In one of the meet up with co-founder, Daniel, he was then invited to run the same business idea in our hometown – Port Dickson. Again, it’s proved our business theory.
Now, AIRPLAN Management has turned into a professional Airbnb property/ homestay management company and is managing over 100 units across Port Dickson, Melaka, Bangsar KL, Sekinchan and Kuala Selangor.
We understand the pains of managing multiple properties on a day to day basis. We’re proud to address ourselves as an effortless solution for property investors, and we provide strategic makeovers to achieve higher returns and ease rentability.
